Removing a U100 keyboard

Circled in red are three tabs holding the keyboard in place. Using a small flat-head screwdriver, push the tabs inward.

Inside of the battery compartment you can see the bottom of the keyboard through these holes. If you are having trouble popping the keyboard out from the top, try pushing on it through these holes.

After you get the keyboard popped out of place, there is a ribbon cable you must also carefully remove. Using a small flat-head screwdriver or your fingernails, lightly pull the black tab to an upright position.
