So this is the second battery in the same machine to have this problem? These are older machines and laptop batteries do go bad after time, but if you put a new battery in this machine recently and it is still having this problem there is a chance something else is going on. We can certainly have it sent in for testing if you would like. If you would like to go that route, please contact one of us in Helpdesk by either email (
