Bytespeed C15B Touchpad issue
« on: October 17, 2015, 09:35:13 AM »
I am currently using a Bytespeed C15B running Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft 1383 USB wireless mouse.  How can I have the touchpad disabled when I am using the USB mouse?  It is almost impossible to type for any length of time without brushing the touchpad and ending up somewhere else on the screen.  The internet is full of suggestions on how to do this and none of them work for this computer/touchpad/mouse combination.  Please advise.

Hello!  On the touchpad itself, there is a little symbol in the upper left corner, if you click that twice, it should disable it.  Double click again to re-enable it.

If you have anymore questions, please give us a call at the ByteSpeed Helpdesk, 877-553-0777.

Thanks,
Tony
