Title: Optical Drive Missing

Hi all,

There is a conflict with the HP Memory Disk Creator (also known as Memories Creator) and the software Itunes uses to burn disks.  The result of this problem is your optical drive will be missing and Windows will say the optical drive can't start in the Device Manager.  Here is a link to an article with the fix (this will take you out of this forum):

I usually rename the driver to afs.sy_.
