Title: Thin clients No Longer recognized by ADM

Hi,

I have a bunch of t50 thin clients. Recently, I was trying to push configuration changes through ADM and I discovered that it appears the clients are no longer communicating properly. Whenever I push and update, it says failed. When I check for new firmware using Atrust manager on the clients, I get a connection failure as well. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this issue?

Hello,

Do you currently have the clients setup with static or dynamic addresses?  We have noticed that if they are setup with static addresses that there are connection issues with the ADM.  It is also possible that the dynamic addresses changed on the clients and the ADM may need to go out and rescan for the new addresses.
